Ashley built a wedding planning business into a team of over 35 planners across 7 markets, grossing over $8 million in sales, led that team for over a decade, and then sold the company for over $1 million. But it definitely didn't start out that way.

Once her workload had outgrown the number of hours available in the day, Ashley knew the only way to grow her business and get her life back was to grow a team. Sound familiar?

She hired wrong before she hired right. Every one of those mistakes became a system: who to look for, where to find them, and how to know in one conversation whether someone belongs on your team. Those systems are exactly what she teaches today.
